The problem is the whole filter tend to fall off very easily. It is easy to check: refer to the photo here: try to open up the mask by graping both filters, the mask should be opened without the filter dropping off. If the filter detached from the mask without much force, then the mask is defective. Please contact totobobomask (at) gmail . com to arrange for replacement mask.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ve taken immediate steps to correct this problem.
